Yoto call their product range 'Inspiring audio for life’s greatest adventure - childhood.' The Yoto player takes cards that launch stories, games and other audio fun, all in one sturdy little box with easy-to-adjust knobs: one for volume and one for changing tracks. You can build up a library of their own fave stories and characters, and create your own content too. The player has loads of other fun functionality too - it becomes a nightlight, playing soothing sleep sounds, and also functions as an alarm clock. One charge on its magnetic charging station lasts for up to 10 hours of play and, once content has been downloaded the initial time, it remains on the player, which has 350 hours/ 16Gb of audio storage, so it doesn't need wifi to play tracks from their personal library - making it great to take on holidays.
