Should you find the ear defenders too tight, they can be stretched slightly. Simply place two chairs back to back, and stretch the ear muffs over the two chairs. After leaving the ear muffs for a while, they will have stretched by a small amount, making them a bit less tight when worn.

They have foam-filled cushions, which means they cover sensitive ears comfortably and properly. At just 190 grams, they're also lightweight.
NOTE: If they're too tight, they can be stretched slightly: place two chairs back to back and stretch the defenders over them for a while, after which they'll have stretched by a small amount.
