How to unlock a KIDLY Reward
How do I see my rewards?
You can keep track of them in My Rewards. You’ll see all of your rewards, along with their value, expiry dates and status.
How do I redeem a reward?
At your basket we'll automatically apply your reward, you don't need to do anything 🙂.
If you have more than one reward (lucky you!) we'll automatically apply the reward that gives you the biggest discount on the items currently in your basket.
If, for any reason, you don't want to use the reward we have applied, you can just hit 'change' next to the reward in your basket, and change or remove the reward from your order.
Your rewards can only be redeemed on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion such as Multibuys.
