365-Day Returns

You can return orders to us within 365 days for a full refund excluding your original shipping charges.

Faulty item, or received the wrong item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.

We can only refund products that reach us in a perfect, unused and resellable condition, with all relevant tags and in the original packaging. So we appreciate you taking care to retain everything, including the outer box or wrapper, while deciding whether to keep your order. We’re sorry, but any item sent back with the return label stuck onto the product packaging isn’t resellable, therefore we can’t refund it.

Please note, if you return part of a multibuy, the multibuy offer is invalidated, and your refund will reflect you keeping the remaining item(s) at full price. For example, if you bought two €14 items in a 2 for €20 multibuy, and returned one, you would be refunded £6. (€20 - €14). We can help with exchanges; so if you need another size or colour, get in touch and we can help.

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. You’ll be refunded within 5 days of KIDLY receiving your return.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn't reach us, and you don't have proof you sent it back to us, we won't be able to refund you. 🙈
